Managers drive at least 70% of the variance in employee engagement (Gallup), and were never given a daily tool built for them. Rivvol is that tool, for every manager, every morning.
Rivvol exists to harness artificial intelligence, make it radically more accessible, and spend every bit of it on human connection instead of surveillance. It guards the data it touches like the industry depends on it, because it does. Built for organizations of every kind: profit and nonprofit, schools, communities, governments. A startup's size. A conglomerate's discipline.
We believe the manager is the intervention point, and has never been given a daily tool. We believe measurement without action is how engagement fell to 20% while engagement software revenue hit records. We believe an exit interview is an autopsy. We believe silence is a signal, the quiet ones carry the most risk, and a two-minute act of specific support on the right morning beats a quarterly survey every time. We believe the idea was never the hard part: engagement software has existed for years. The hard part was pointing it at the right person: not HR, not an executive, not a survey vendor, but the manager, every morning. And we believe technology that watches people carries an obligation: everything Rivvol sees exists to help the person being seen, never to judge them.
Rivvol was inspired, in part, by a work of fiction about a society that measured its citizens' inner states, and used the measurement against them. That story is a warning, and we took it personally. Rivvol is built as the inversion: people opt in, control their privacy field by field, are never shown a score about themselves or judged by one, and every insight the system produces resolves into exactly one kind of output: a Suggestion, confirmed by a human, explained on demand.
