These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Rivvol (the "Service"), provided by Rivvol, Inc. ("Rivvol," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, an organization and its authorized users agree to these Terms.
Rivvol is a Manager Intelligence OS that helps managers support their teams through a daily Morning Brief, weekly Check-ins, and related features, available on web and mobile.
Rivvol is invite-only within an organization. Whoever registers an organization (typically an HR Admin) is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for managing who is invited. Each person may only access an organization they have been invited to.
Rivvol is not yet self-serve, and pricing has not been finalized or published. When paid plans launch, terms will be described at signup and this section will be updated accordingly. Trials, where offered, will not require a credit card and will convert to a paid subscription only with affirmative action by the organization.
Rivvol may not be used to harass, discipline, or retaliate against an employee based on information the product surfaces. Suggestions and briefs are decision support, not automated employment decisions, and are not a substitute for an organization's own HR judgment and legal obligations.
The Flight Risk Index and every derived signal Rivvol produces are support-prioritization instruments only. They are contractually barred from use in discipline, evaluation, promotion, or termination decisions. An organization may not use FRI output, or any other Rivvol-derived signal, as a basis for adverse employment action.
Each organization owns the data it and its employees submit. Rivvol processes that data to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a signed Data Processing Agreement.
An organization may cancel at any time. Rivvol may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.
Rivvol is provided "as is." Rivvol, Inc. disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and limits liability as will be set out in the final, counsel-reviewed version of these Terms.
